Packaging

Your lampshade will be considerately packaged in recycled and recyclable materials, and designed to be re-used where possible.

Delivery

I ship all orders using a tracked service. Delivery is to UK addresses only, but if you do live internationally, please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

In line with Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to a full refund for orders placed online. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your goods to inform me that you wish to return the item for a full refund, and a further 14 days from notifying me to return the goods in person or by post.

If you wish to exchange your order, you have 28 days from receiving your order to return the item. Returned goods will be subject to a thorough inspection to ensure they are in unused, undamaged condition along with a valid receipt of payment. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

Return Instructions

If you are returning an item bought online, unfortunately I cannot cover the cost of goods returned by post. Please ensure the item is packaged in its original protective packaging, and post using a tracked service. Please contact me using the contact form to confirm you wish to return your order, and I will give you clear instructions for return postage.
